Seattle Hootenanny

Thanks guys for such a great event! I had a blast being one of the two guys who brought an electric guitar and amp. I would have liked to jam on some Kiss songs with Rivers though, that would've been cool. Can't wait to hear the recordings, it sounded great in the room. Lots of fun for sure, hope to do it again sometime. Again thanks for the opportunity guys, I really appreciate it.

Thanks, Weezer!

Undoubtedly the most fun we've ever had. Danny is still soaring from playing the Say it Ain't So solo on violin. Thank you!

Thank you!

The show was amazing! My husband and I had a great time and the baby kicked the whole time too, so I think she had fun also. It was great to see such a large group of people work together to make something great and we can't wait to hear the recordings! Thank you again for signing Violet's onesie it will be framed in her nursery :) Just wanted to say thank you for giving is...well everyone the opportunity to play and sing with you. ~A

amazing! perfect!

I'm still flabbergasted you came to the center of my universe (the Vera Project) to play, it was one of the most magnificent experiences in my life. I am so grateful and still can't believe it! It was so fun and sounded just perfect...favorite band of my life, thank you, thank you. ps) The offer still stands for if you want to play my sixteenth birthday party. It will be a life changing experience.

Amazing! Thanks, Weezer

The Hootenanny, undoubtedly, was the most fun I've had ever playing my sax. I'm so glad I got the chance to experience that.

One of the most amazing events ever

This was so fun, with bands from Seattle participating like Natalie Portman's Shaved Head, Schoolyard Heroes, Speaker Speaker, The Lashes, and everyone was there from 1077 The End, and I just can't wait to hear what the recording will sound like whenever it airs. :]

wow!

hey guys! The Hootenanny was so incredible! I was so lucky to go, I'm fortunate to intern at the Vera Project...and I'm afraid if I didn't I wouldn't have even gotten a chance to be part of such a cool thing because I can't play any instruments well...So I stuck it out on the balcony and sung my heart out. It was fantastic, and the best part was "El Schorcho" being a part of the set! It's my favorite! What a great idea for a tour and it was so much fun! I can't wait to hear the outcome, and I'm such a fan! One of the most interesting ways I've seen our venue used so far! :)

time of my life

weezer, you are absolutely awesome for giving your fans the opportunity to do something like this. I haven't played in a setting like that ever before, and probably will never get to do something like this again. I enjoyed every second of sharing my love of music and weezer with so many other cool people. thanks! -leeching, the girl with the violin
